Opportunity:

Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Flex shift schedule working 5 shifts of 8 hours each, with shift times between 5:30 AM and 10:00 PM
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted provided required experience is met
• Required certifications: ARRT (T) and BLS (AHA)
• TrueBeam experience required
• Scrub color: Grey or Steel
• May float to sister facility as needed (approximately 11.7 miles away)
• Treat adult outpatient population with a daily census of 145 patients
• Required skills include: External Beam Therapy, IMRT, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, CT Simulation, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Varis-Vision/ARIA, Radiation Safety, and experience with busy workflow
• Experience with various diagnoses including prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer, kidney cancer, Hodgkin's and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, and benign brain tumors

The facility provides advanced radiation therapy treatments utilizing cutting-edge technology, including TrueBeam linear accelerator systems. The center supports a high-volume patient population and is backed by a larger health network with access to additional sister facilities in the region.
