Opportunity:

Stepdown/ Med Surg Overflow/ Neuro Exp/ Registered Nurse

Job Details:

• Day shift position
• 36 or 48-hour shift schedules available; schedule may change based on staffing needs
• Team nursing ratios of 1:12, split between 2 RNs, 2 LPNs, a medication nurse, and a charge nurse
• On-call required as needed
• Weekend rotation required as needed; weekend block schedule may be considered
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• Prior travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment
• Must hold an active RN license in the state or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines
• EPIC experience preferred
• ADN accepted; BSN not required for this position
• Travelers may be floated between like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius
• If the assignment includes end-of-year holidays, traveler must be willing to work 2 of 3 holidays if all three fall within the assignment, or at least 1 if only 2 holidays fall within the assignment
• All requested time off must be included at the time of submission
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
