Opportunity:

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work in a 3-room interventional cardiac cath lab on the 3rd floor of the Levinson Building
• Day shift position with a mix of RNs and cardiovascular technologists on staff
• 3 staff members per room with 10-11 total staff per day
• On-call required some weekends and weekdays with ability to report to hospital within 30 minutes of call-back
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, complex PCIs, Impella and balloon-pump procedures, peripheral cases, and occasional device procedures
• Operate GE X-ray/MacLab equipment and document using Meditech EMR
• Experience working in an interventional cardiac cath lab required
• Experience in a high-volume lab handling complex cases preferred
• Required certifications: RN, RCIS, or RT
• No floating required
• Light blue scrubs required (provided by hospital)
• Must demonstrate professionalism and maintain strong attendance
• Ideal candidate is easy-going, kind, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced, busy lab environment

The unit handles a high volume of complex cardiac cases and supports a collaborative team environment with a mix of RNs and cardiovascular technologists. The facility maintains high standards of professionalism and patient care, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment for experienced cardiac cath lab professionals.
