Opportunity:

RN - MICU

Job Details:

• Work in a 12-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit on the 1st floor
• Patient ratios of 2:1, 3:1, or 1:1 depending on patient acuity
• Every other weekend required, no on-call responsibilities
• No block scheduling or set schedules, with ability to accommodate most scheduling needs
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Required to float throughout the facility as needed
• Work with equipment including Tablo, Belmont, Baxter Pumps, Codman EVDs, Hillrom Call System, Imobile, and Hemosphere
• Document using Meditech EMR system
• Perform procedures including EVDs, SLED, central lines, para/thoracentesis, lumbar drains, and TTM
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• ICU experience required
• PALS, NIH, and TNCC certifications preferred
• Team-focused personality a strong fit for this unit
