BHS Workforce

About

BHS Workforce is a national, Joint Commission-accredited healthcare staffing company built on a simple promise: Tech-Enabled, Human Delivered. We pair modern technology that surfaces the right assignments fast with real recruiters who know your name, answer the phone, and stay in your corner from your first call through your final shift.

We place registered nurses and allied health professionals — including Imaging/Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, and Laboratory — in travel and contract assignments at hospitals and health systems nationwide, along with behavioral health, therapy, and per diem opportunities. Whether you’re after a specific city, a stronger paycheck, or a schedule that finally fits your life, our team helps you get there.

With recruiters across the country, BHS Workforce is mission-driven and people-first. We believe the clinicians who care for patients deserve to be cared for, too — with transparent pay, quick and honest communication, and a recruiter who treats you like a person, not a placement.
