**Exciting Opportunity for Experienced RN in California!**

**Job Description:**

- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week; Guaranteed 24 hours
- Department: Emergency Room (ED) and Medical Surgical (Med Surg)
- Required Certifications:
- RN License (California State Only)
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- TNCC
- Special Forms: Meal Waiver and Elder Abuse Forms Completed and Signed
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 24 months of ER experience
- Recent experience within the last 12 months
- Flexibility:
- Open to both day and night shifts
- Willingness to work in both ED and Med Surg
- Important Notes:
- RTO must be listed on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days
- No RTO during the first week of assignment
- Must provide driver's license for residency verification
- Travel experience is highly preferred!

- Facilities worked
- Departments and trauma level designation
- Number of beds listed
- ER Skills Checklist completed in the last 12 months (REQUIRED)
- Active License to practice verified in the last 30 days (REQUIRED)
- Certification Documents:
- Active ACLS certification from approved vendor (REQUIRED)
- Active BLS certification from approved vendor (REQUIRED)
- Active PALS certification from approved vendor (REQUIRED)
- Active TNCC certification from approved vendor (REQUIRED)
- Driver's License (REQUIRED)
