**Exciting Opportunity for an ICU RN!**

- Position: ICU RN
- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- Location: Hillcrest Hospital
- Experience Required: Minimum of 18 months ICU experience
- License Requirement: Active Ohio license or active compact state license in hand
- Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS required

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in ICU
- Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high patient acuity
- Experience with ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate
- One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required
- Active certifications must be in hand at the time of submission

**Additional Requirements:**
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Flu Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Passed a background check with no open cases or license hits
- Must be nicotine-free (except for nurses & CSTs) with a negative drug screen required
