### Exciting Opportunity for RN - Join Our Dynamic Renal Unit!

**Job Description:**

- Shift: 19:00-07:00
- Flexibility:
- Holidays as required
- Every other weekend
- Willingness to float to other units and hospitals
- Hours:
- Accepting 36 or 48 hours per week
- Unit Overview:
- 36-bed Renal Unit caring for patients with kidney-related conditions
- Specializes in acute and chronic kidney disease requiring renal replacement therapy
- Nursing ratio: 1:6
- Focus on post-hemodialysis and ongoing peritoneal dialysis
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with community nephrologists, family practice providers, and hospitalists
- Dedicated to supporting patients through every step of their journey from diagnosis to treatment and beyond
- Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree in nursing
- Certifications:
- AHA BLS or Red Cross
- Licenses:
- Registered Nurse in the state of Alabama or Compact license (No Temp Licenses accepted)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience preferred
- 18 months of experience considered if working under the highest level of professional license
- Must have 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty
