**Job Description:**

- **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Start Time:** 0700

- **Details:**
- General medical/surgical floor, providing care for post-op patients requiring overnight stays
- Be part of a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care

- **Requirements:**
- BLS Certification [required]
- NIHSS Certification [required]
- Epic Experience [preferred]
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience [required]
- At least 1 completed travel contract [required]
- Current State License [required]
- Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]

- **Profile Submission Must Include:**
- Driver's License [required]
- Work history/resume [required]
- Skills checklist (completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]
- License verification [required]
- Copy of required certifications
- References: 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required]
- **Note:** Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
