**Job Description:**

- **Unit Overview:**
- 36 Beds with a dedicated team of 55 staff
- Fast-paced and energetic environment
- Focus on delivering top-notch patient care

- **Staffing Structure:**
- Day Shift:
- 1 Clinical Coordinator
- 6 Registered Nurses (RNs)
- 3 Techs
- 1 Unit Secretary
- Night Shift:
- 1 Clinical Coordinator
- 6 Registered Nurses (RNs)
- 2 Techs

- **Patient Care Details:**
- Patient Ratios: 1 Nurse to 6 Patients
- Specialty in post-operative care
- Hands-on procedures include:
- Maintaining drains
- Wound care

- **Equipment Used:**
- Baxter IV Pumps
- Medfusion Pumps
- SCDs (Sequential Compression Devices)

- **EMR System:**
- Meditech

- **Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Must-Have Skills:
- BLS Certification
- Preferred Competencies:
- Experience with post-operative patients
- Proficient in dressing changes, wound care, and drain management

- **Personality Traits for Success:**
