**Exciting Opportunity for ER Nurses at Mission Hospital**

**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic and passionate Emergency Department team!
- Location: Mission Hospital, Asheville, NC
- Shift: 18:45-07:15
- **Unit Specifics:**
- 101 Beds
- Patient Ratios: Typically 4:1, up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds
- Teamwork-driven environment with a focus on patient experience
- **Equipment and Documentation:**
- Utilize advanced technology: Baxter pumps, GE monitors
- Documentation through Cerner
- **Certifications Required (on hire):**
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- CPI
- NIHSS
- ENPC (within 90 days of hire)
- **Hiring Profile:**
- Minimum 2 years experience required:
- At least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting
- Experience in Level II trauma centers and comprehensive stroke centers
- Preferred: Previous HCA experience
- Must possess flexibility to work in all areas of the ED
- Strong teamwork mentality with the ability to coach and provide real-time feedback
- **Dress Code:**
- Required uniform: Navy scrubs
