Description
**Job Description:**
- Are you ready to make a difference during the night shift?
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Work every other weekend to balance your life and career.
- Enjoy a fulfilling 90-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week.
**Requirements:**
- License/Certificate Verification - Required for onboarding.
- Complete a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen - Required for onboarding.
- Fill out the Trinity Code of Conduct Form - Required for onboarding.
- Complete Trinity I9 - Required for onboarding.
- Sign the Trinity Confidentiality Agreement - Required for onboarding.
- Fill out the Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form - Required for onboarding.
- Complete the Trinity Non Employee Upload Form - Required for onboarding.
- Pass the Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing - Required for onboarding.
- Submit Trinity Color Vision results - Required for onboarding.
- Confirmation of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required for onboarding.
- MMR documentation - Required for onboarding.
- Hepatitis B documentation - Required for onboarding.
- Two-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) results - Required for onboarding.
- Varicella documentation - Required for onboarding.
- Provide a Physical/Health Statement - Required for onboarding.
- Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form - Required for onboarding.
- Trinity Criminal Background Check - Required for onboarding.
- Trinity Education Verification - Required for onboarding.
