**Job Description:**

- **Shift:** 12-hour PM/12-hour Nights
- **Schedule:** E/O Weekend, E/O Holiday
- **Location:** Local talent residing less than 50 miles from the facility will receive a local rate

**Key Qualifications:**

- Minimum 2+ years of recent acute care experience
- Proficiency in Meditech IVs and telemetry
- Ability to quickly adapt to different units
- Independent telemetry strip reading required
- Must pass an on-site exam on Day 1 with an 84% or better (2 attempts allowed)
- Experience with EPIC is a must

**Preferred Experience:**

- 3-5 years of previous float experience
- Adaptability to five different MedSurg/Tele units is essential

**Required Certifications/Licenses:**

- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

**Additional Comments:**

- No extended RTO (Request Time Off)
- Most Fridays will be required/needed
- No specific schedule requests accepted
