**Join Our Dynamic Orthopedic Spine Unit as an RN!**

**Job Description:**
- Position: RN MS/Tele (Ortho)
- Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
- Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant nursing role
- Weekend Requirement: Every Other (6 weekend shifts)

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional care in a 26-bed orthopedic spine unit specializing in:
- Spinal surgeries (laminectomies, spinal fusions, discectomies)
- Manage patient care with integrated pain management and physical therapy support
- Handle diverse patient diagnoses, including:
- Med/Surg, Tele, cardiac, low-risk ACS, TIAs, diabetes, hypertension, COPD, dehydration, chest pain, DVT, & PE
- Perform special procedures such as:
- Bedside lumbar puncture, post Cath care, post-surgical care, CT Angio, and Heparin drips
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care

**Qualifications:**
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Charting Experience: Minimum of 1 year with EPIC EMR
- Ortho Experience: Required
- Patient Ratios: 1:5-6
