**Job Description:**

- **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- **Location:** Saratoga Region, NY
- **Experience Requirement:** 5 years of current Emergency Department (ED) experience preferred
- **Licenses & Certifications:**
- New York State License (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Read and identify rhythms accurately
- Must pass a hospital proctored test with >80% accuracy on rhythm identification
- Identify 100% of critical rhythms
- Float to different areas within the hospital as needed

- **Charting Experience Required:**
- Epic charting system
- Omnicell Medication System

- **Patient Ratio Experience:**
- Days: 4-6 patients
- Nights: 4-6 patients
- Weekends: 4-6 patients

- **Patient Age Groups:**
- Neonates, Infants, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

- **Daily Census:** 120 patients
- **Number of Rooms:** 36
- **Number of Beds:** 36

- **Additional Requirements:**
- Must be willing to float based on skill set and manager discretion
- Flu vaccine required by 11/1 for flu season starting 12/5
- Local Radius: 50 miles (Candidates with permanent address within the radius are not accepted)

- **Pre-Approved Time Off:** One
