**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room!**

Are you a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in a dynamic environment? We have an incredible opportunity for you to join a cutting-edge, 24/7 Emergency Department that prioritizes rapid patient care and advanced diagnostic technology!

**Position Overview:**
- Type: Registered Nurse ER (Adult)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift Hours:
- Night: 7 PM - 7 AM
- Mid: 3 PM - 3 AM
- Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

**Requirements:**
- Active New York Single State RN License (No pending licenses accepted)
- Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- (Please include valid NIHSS in your application)
- Charting Experience: EPIC (a must!)

**Clinical Skills Required:**
- IV therapy (blood product administration, central line care, phlebotomy, starting/maintaining IVs)
- Management of IV vasopressors
- CPAP/BiPAP and Ventilator management
- Care for CVA (stroke), neuro-trauma, spinal cord injury, and TBI
- Cardiac monitoring and management of dysrhythmias
- Emergency care for adults and pediatrics, including trauma situations

- Patient Ratios: 1:5 (Adults and Geriatrics)

- A dedicated pediatric ED
- Specialized trauma suite
- 528-bed acute care facility
- Magnet-recognized

**Additional Information:**
- Floating: Will be required to float within skill set
- Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white
- Special Equipment: Bair hugger, rapid infuser, safe patient handling equipment
