**Exciting Opportunity for a MICU Nurse!**

Join our dynamic team as a MICU Nurse and make a real impact on patient care! We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take on new challenges.

**Position Details:**
- **Shift:** Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- **Weekend Requirements:** Every other weekend
- **Location:** Candidates must reside over 75 miles from the facility
- **First Time Travelers Accepted:** Yes

**Requirements:**
- **Licensing:** Must have NY license in hand
- **Experience:**
- 2 years of clinical experience
- Previous charge experience preferred
- 1 year of travel experience required
- **Charting:** Epic experience is mandatory
- **Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required

**Skills Needed:**
- Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias
- Care for patients with multi-organ dysfunction/failure
- Management of ventilated patients and respiratory challenges
- Central line care and management
- Blood product administration and phlebotomy
- IV medication titration and emergency management
- Familiarity with specialized equipment: CRRT, IABP, ECMO, Impella

**Unit Details:**
- **Patient Demographics:** Adults, Geriatrics
- **Daily Census:** Up to 16 patients
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:2 with occasional 1:1 based on acuity
- **Interdisciplinary Support:** Collaboration with physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and social services
