**Exciting Opportunity for Progressive Care RNs!**

**Job Description:**

- Shift: Nights 3x12s, 1900 - 0730, 36 hrs/week
- Holiday Rotation: Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays including 4th of July, Labor Day
- Local Radius Rule: No locals within 50 miles
- Employee Separation Policy:
- Any past employee of UPH cannot work travel in another Market if they have worked at UPH within the past 12 months.
- If they worked travel at UPH, the separation policy does not apply.

**Unit Information:**
- Bed Size: Varies by unit
- Patient Ratios:
- Days/Evenings - 1:4/5
- Nights - 1:6
- Types of Patients: All types involved with med surg stepdowns
- Scrub Colors: Black, Navy
- Floating: Will float between Med Surg Stepdown

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 36 months progressive care, stepdown, or med surg experience (required)
- EPIC EMR experience (required)
- Stepdown experience (preferred)
- Critical care experience (nice to have)
- Experience administering nitro, heparin, amiodarone including titrates (required)
- Neurology care experience (preferred)
- Oncology care experience (preferred)

**Submission Requirements:**
- Clinical Interview pre-screening with a 405 Area Code
- Orientation Dates available: 9/28 (urgent), 10/5 (not preferred)
- Skills Checklist specific to the listed discipline (required)
- Must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at the time of submission
- Professional Reference: charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months (preferred)
- Driver’s License documentation (required)
- AHA/ARC ACLS (required)
- AHA/ARC BLS (required)
