**Exciting Opportunity for Surgical Professionals!**

**Job Description:**

- **Contract Guarantee:** 72 hours biweekly on all assignments (does not include on-call time)
- **Shift Details:**
- Day Shift: 10 hours (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Duration: 13 weeks / 40 hours per week
- Weekend Requirement: Up to 2 weekends/month (either call shifts or working shifts)
- On-call response time: 30 minutes
- Short call shift once a week (3:00 AM - 7:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

- **Work Location:**
- Primarily based on the West Main campus
- Potential floating to East or CVI OR

- **Holiday Availability:** Eligible to work on any holiday while on contract
- **RTO (Request Time Off):** Must be approved and presented at time of submission
- **Experience Required:**
- Neuro
- Ortho Trauma
- Kidney Transplant
- Scrub and/or circulate in general surgery, robotics, transplants, ortho, neuro, spine, ENT (primarily head & neck), GYN, Urology, organ procurement, trauma

- **OR Environment:**
- 10 operating rooms focusing on Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery
- Wide variety of surgical procedures including bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, major plastic reconstruction, robotic surgery, and kidney and liver transplants

- **Travel Requirements:**
- No local travelers accepted (must reside outside 50 miles from the facility)
- Travelers who have previously worked for us as perm or per diem within the last six months are ineligible (must be separated from facility for six months to be considered)

- **Orientation:** Weekly orientation every Monday (except holidays)

- **Interview Availability:** Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission

- **Parking Costs:** May be up to $43/day in some cases
