Radiology Technologist Job Details

Radiology Technologist Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical radiology setting
- Proficiency in at least one imaging modality: Vascular, MRI, CT, Dexa, or Diagnostic Radiology
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures per physician orders and established protocols
- Operate and maintain radiology and imaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare and position patients for imaging exams, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Accurately document patient information and imaging results in electronic health records
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards
