ICU Registered Nurse Job Details

• Location: Keene, NH 03431 (New Hampshire ICU nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: 10-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Start Date: November 10, 2025
• End Date: February 7, 2026
• Contract Length: 13-week nursing contract
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week (36 hours/week), every other weekend, rotating holidays
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1930–$2070 per week
• Patient Ratios: 2:1 or 1:1 depending on patient acuity

ICU RN Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License (proof of state residency required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – required
• Telemetry nursing experience required
• CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification preferred

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, 24-hour critical care nursing to medical/surgical patients with unstable vital signs
• Utilize advanced ICU monitoring systems and critical care equipment for patient assessment and treatment
• Recognize and respond rapidly to life-threatening complications in the ICU setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Support critically ill patients and their families throughout the care process
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in individualized care planning
