Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
Start Date: February 13, 2026
End Date: May 15, 2026
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour nights (19:00 – 07:30), 36 hours/week
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1570 - $1610
Openings: 3 ER RN positions available

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Emergency Department RN experience required
Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license (must be in hand)
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (AHA or American Red Cross)
Epic EHR/EMR charting experience
Two recent professional references from ER nurse leadership (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) within the last 12 months
Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
Ability to work at least every other holiday during the contract
No open background cases or nursing license issues

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care in a busy ER setting
Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and emergent medical conditions
Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions as directed by healthcare providers
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient care and interventions accurately using Epic EHR
Participate in clinical assessments and ongoing nursing education modules
Maintain compliance with hospital, nursing, and healthcare policies and best practices
