ICU RN Job Details

• Location: Beachwood, OH 44122 (Cleveland area)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (November 16, 2025 – February 14, 2026)
• Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site
• Shift: 12 Hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1800-$1840

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Critical Care (ICU) certification preferred
• Cardiac care and open heart experience highly desirable
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Completion of all healthcare onboarding and compliance requirements (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test, Influenza, TB/PPD, physical/health statement, drug screen, background checks, and competency exams)
• Valid Driver's License or State ID
• Up-to-date skills checklist and submission packet as required

ICU RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Support cardiac and open heart care initiatives and orientation
• Participate in virtual nursing support as needed
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
