Radiologic Technologist Job Details

• Location: New Brunswick, NJ 08901 – A dynamic city known for cultural diversity, top dining, and proximity to Rutgers University
• Assignment Type: Travel Mammography Technologist job
• Department: Mammography
• Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8-hour days, 40 hours/week)
• Duration: 13-week contract (Start: 12/1/2025 – End: 3/2/2026)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,380 – $2,550
• Scrub Color: Any color
• No weekends required
• No floating required

Mammography Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist or Radiologic Technologist preferred
• Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License (pending license accepted)
• ARRT Mammography certification required
• COVID-19 vaccine and booster required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Recent references from managers or supervisors (within the last year)
• Ability to complete orientation modules

Mammography Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms for patients
• Conduct stereotactic breast biopsies and DEXA scans
• Operate HOLOGIC Mammography and DEXA Scan equipment
• Utilize Syngo Radiology Information System for accurate charting
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and safety standards
