Travel Nursing Job Details

• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing – ICU Registered Nurse
• Location: Minneapolis, MN 55426 (Minnesota nursing jobs)
• Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Duration: 8 weeks (Start: 11/15/2025 – End: 1/10/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend/Holiday Rotation: As needed
• Floating: As needed to PCU, Medical-Surgical (MS), and Telemetry units
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1700–$1820

ICU RN Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience (critical care nurse)
• Active Minnesota RN license (Minnesota healthcare jobs)
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (required upon submission)
• Ability to float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units
• Strong clinical skills and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environment

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform life-saving interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and families to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Float to Progressive Care, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units as required
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
