ER RN Job Details

• Location: Camden, NJ (08103) – Greater Philadelphia Area
• Healthcare Setting: Acute Care – Emergency Room
• Schedule: Night shifts; minimum commitment of 2 shifts per week, with additional shifts available
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: 4 weekend shifts plus weekdays per 6-week schedule; must work one summer and one winter holiday, including the day before or after Thanksgiving and Christmas
• Contract Duration: 13-week nursing contract
• Guaranteed Shifts: 3 shifts biweekly (client may cancel 1 shift biweekly without penalty)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,420 - $1,500

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Room
• Conduct rapid assessments and triage for diverse patient populations
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and compliance standards
• Respond effectively to emergencies and critical situations in the ER
