Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse
Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation systems
Active RN license in the state of Michigan
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Home Health RN Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care and clinical support to patients in their homes throughout Marquette, MI
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans
Accurately document patient care using OASIS and HCHB systems
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and self-care techniques
Travel within the Marquette area to deliver home health services
