• Location: Kingwood, Texas 77339
• Unit: Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit (STICU)
• Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts)
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours
• Shifts per week: 3
• Assignment Length: 13-week contract
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1360–$1460
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Number of Beds: 10
• Scrub Color: Royal Blue
• Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

Qualifications – ICU Registered Nurse

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Critical care training and clinical skills
• Proficient in pressor medication management, arterial line management, and critical drip management
• Strong teamwork and flexibility in a fast-paced healthcare setting

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU for critically ill adults
• Monitor and manage patients on CRRT, ventilators, MTP, Hemospheres, arterial lines, and TTM equipment
• Administer and titrate critical drips and pressor medications
• Assist with procedures including bronchoscopy, central venous catheter (CVC), and arterial line insertion
• Document patient care using Meditech EMR
• Float to ICC, TCU, and ICU units as needed
• Follow unit policies, attendance, and scheduling requirements
