ER RN Job Details – Arizona Travel Nursing

• Location: Fort Defiance, AZ 86504 (Arizona nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department (Main ED, Fast Track, Observation Unit, Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, Entry Screening)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 11/30/2025 – End: 3/1/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour Night Shift (7p–7a); flexibility for other shifts, holidays, and weekends
• Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off; 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2520 - $2700
• Employment Type: Travel nursing job

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse license (RN license)
• American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC
• Conscious sedation certification (can be obtained on-site)
• Ability to float to other hospital departments
• Strong adaptability, clinical support, and teamwork skills

ER RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in all areas of the Emergency Department: Main ED, Fast Track, Observation Unit
• Rotate through ED areas including Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, and Entry Screening
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and unit needs by rotating assignments during shifts
• Assist with Covid testing and immunization clinics
• Float to other qualified hospital departments and provide patient care or task-oriented duties
• Participate in Monday orientation and maintain compliance with facility requirements
