• Location: Minneapolis, MN 55422 (Minnesota nursing jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing – Operating Room RN
• Unit: Operating Room (OR)
• Start Date: November 24, 2025
• End Date: February 23, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: Rotating 8-hour shifts (0645-1515, 0830-1700, 1100-1930, 1445-2315)
• On-Call: 3-4 call shifts per 6-week schedule
• Weekends: 3-4 weekends per 13-week assignment
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2190 - $2350

Qualifications – OR RN Jobs

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Travel nursing experience required
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Proficiency in Ortho, Spine, and Urology procedures
• Experience with XI Robots in surgical settings
• Ability to care for diverse patient populations
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities – Operating Room Nurse

• Deliver holistic, patient-centered care in the Operating Room
• Perform independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Develop and revise individualized care plans for surgical patients
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Delegate tasks to other clinical support staff
• Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices
• Promote and improve practice standards and the environment of care
• Provide exceptional care to neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults
