- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:30)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,090 - $2,140
- On-Call: 6 call shifts in a 6-week period
- Holiday Coverage: Work 2 out of 3 major holidays
- Facility Type: Short-Term Acute Care, Level I Trauma Center

Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active and valid Indiana RN license (must be obtained prior to start date)
- Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience (at least 1 year in Level I Trauma Center accepted)
- Level I Trauma Center experience required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Circulating experience required; scrub nurse experience preferred
- Ability to float within hospital and to affiliate hospitals as needed
- Two supervisor references required
- Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
OR RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties: general, plastics, GYN, ENT, trauma, neuro, ortho, GU, and colorectal robotics
- Circulate in the operating room; perform scrub duties as needed
- Respond promptly to Level I trauma cases and surgical emergencies
- Float to various units and affiliate hospitals as required
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide holiday coverage
- Document patient care using Cerner electronic health records
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
