• Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg & Telemetry
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing
• Unit: Med/Surg & Telemetry
• Start Date: December 8, 2025
• End Date: March 8, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,360 - $1,460 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Nursys verification required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg and/or Telemetry nursing experience
• Ability to float to other Med/Surg and Telemetry units as needed
• Completion of onboarding checklists and competency exams
• Up-to-date immunizations and health screenings (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, TB, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test, and others as required)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

RN Responsibilities – Med/Surg & Telemetry

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in Med/Surg and Telemetry units
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and clinical responses
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float to other units as needed to support patient care needs
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
