Estimated Weekly Salary
- Weekly Salary Range: $1800 - $1930
ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for ICU patients
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and response to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment according to hospital policies
