Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment
Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 (Boston area healthcare jobs)
Assignment Type: Travel Nursing
Unit: Nursing Float Pool
Start Date: January 5, 2026
End Date: February 28, 2026
Contract Duration: 8 weeks
Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Average Hours Per Week: 36
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
Contract Guarantee Hours: 72 hours biweekly
Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2310 - $2470 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts RN license preferred for travel nursing jobs)
Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
Proficient telemetry skills
Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records required
Travel RNs only (no local candidates for this Cambridge nursing job)
Full availability required; no time off during assignment

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry readings and changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Accurately document patient care and assessments using EPIC EMR
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
