• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

L&D RN Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient condition changes in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
