 </li><li>Start Date: January 12, 2026
 </li><li>End Date: April 13, 2026
 </li><li>Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)
 </li><li>Hours per Week: 36
 </li><li>Schedule: Every other weekend required
 </li><li>Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site
 </li><li>Estimated Weekly Salary: $1440-$1550

<h2>Registered Nurse Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state
 </li><li>Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience
 </li><li>BLS certification from the American Heart Association
 </li><li>Proficient IV skills and experience with Kangaroo pumps, SCDs
 </li><li>Experience with Meditech healthcare documentation system preferred
 </li><li>Ability to float to other clinical units as needed
</li></ul>

<h2>Med/Surg RN Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Provide high-quality nursing care to diverse Medical-Surgical patients
 </li><li>Manage a 6:1 patient ratio during day shifts, supported by 3 patient care techs and a unit secretary
 </li><li>Administer medications, monitor IVs, and operate specialized clinical equipment
 </li><li>Accurately document patient care using Meditech
 </li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
 </li><li>Maintain positive patient experiences and uphold hospital policies and clinical guidelines
 </li><li>Participate in unit activities and foster a supportive healthcare team environment
