• Location: Rochester, NY 14621 (New York healthcare jobs)
• Unit: Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) Unit, MS/Tele
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/16/2025 – End: 3/17/2026)
• Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-hour shifts/week (19:00 – 07:00)
• Hours: 36 hours/week
• Employment Type: Travel LPN contract
• Scrub Color: Navy and white
• Charting System: Epic
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Floating: Required to other units

Estimated Weekly Salary

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1210 - $1240 per week

LPN Job Requirements

• Active New York LPN license
• At least 1 year of recent hospital experience (within the last 2 years)
• Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred
• Ability to manage own patient assignment with RN support
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Willingness to float to other hospital units
• Available to work every other weekend

LPN Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a medical/surgical unit
• Collaborate with registered nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care using Epic electronic health records
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to RN or physician
• Educate and support patients and families with compassionate care
• Float to other units as needed to support hospital operations
