Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arkansas (required for all Arkansas nursing jobs)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse
• Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation systems
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Home Health RN Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality and compassionate service
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized home health care plans
• Accurately document patient care using OASIS and HCHB systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and optimize clinical outcomes
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and self-care techniques
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes
