 </li><li>Shift: Mid Shift, 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (12-Hour Nights)
 </li><li>Hours per Week: 36 hours guaranteed
 </li><li>Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,570 - $1,680
 </li><li>Unit: Emergency Department (ER RN may float to ICU as needed)

<h2>Registered Nurse Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
 </li><li>Minimum 2 years of recent emergency room nursing experience
 </li><li>Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
 </li><li>Ability to work 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule and cover major/minor holidays
 </li><li>Strong clinical skills and adaptability to float to ICU as needed
</li></ul>

<h2>ER RN Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department
 </li><li>Assess, triage, and manage patients with acute and urgent medical conditions
 </li><li>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
 </li><li>Accurately document patient care using MedHost EDIS
 </li><li>Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
 </li><li>Float to ICU to support critical care as needed
