- Location: Rutland, VT (05701) – Vermont healthcare jobs
- Facility Setting: Resource Staff Pool – Float between Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical/Surgical (MS), ER Hold, Medical/Oncology/Surgical units
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/15/2025, End: 3/14/2026)
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2000–$2140

Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – VT nursing license required (must apply upon acceptance)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry or acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Successful completion of Dysrhythmia testing
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Ability to float between multiple hospital units
- Own vehicle required (no public transportation access)
Telemetry RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in Telemetry, Medical/Surgical, Oncology, Progressive Care, and ER Hold units
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Float to various units as needed based on hospital staffing requirements
- Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR
- Participate in biweekly orientation and ongoing nursing professional development
