Radiology Technologist Job Details

• Location: Keene, NH 03431 (New Hampshire radiology jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital Radiology – CT Unit
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/22/2025 – End: 3/23/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2280–$2450
• Employment Type: Travel Radiology Technologist
• Holiday Coverage: Must be available to work one major holiday (Christmas or New Year's)

CT/X-Ray Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a CT Technologist and X-Ray Technologist in a hospital setting
• Proficiency in Fluoroscopy, Digital Radiography, Portable X-Ray, and OR C-arm procedures
• Experience providing radiology services to all age groups
• NH Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License (NH MIRT) – temporary license available with equivalent state license
• ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• BLS (AHA) Certification
• Strong computer, oral, and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a clinical team
• Previous travel healthcare experience preferred
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
• Dress code: Hospital blue scrubs (provided), business casual with lab coat, or plain personal scrubs; closed-toe shoes required

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Position patients and adjust immobilization devices to obtain optimal diagnostic images as requested by physicians
• Perform routine and advanced diagnostic procedures in CT and X-Ray imaging
• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, setting appropriate exposure factors
• Utilize mobile radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment in various hospital departments
• Practice radiation safety and protection techniques to minimize exposure
• Prioritize and organize daily workflow efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, radiology staff, and physicians
• Provide coverage for holidays and weekends as required by the hospital schedule
