- Facility Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
- Assignment Start Date: December 8, 2025
- Assignment End Date: March 8, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Openings Available: 2 ICU RN positions
- Tax Status: W2
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1780 - $1910
ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or Compact state (required for New Mexico nursing jobs)
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- TNCC certification preferred
- Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred
- Ability to float to other hospital units as needed
ICU RN Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver patient care for adult ICU patients in a clinical setting
- Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care in accordance with ICU standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Respond promptly to emergency and critical care situations
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ensure compliance with patient rights, HIPAA, and confidentiality standards
- Participate in unit and hospital goals, supporting the mission and values of the healthcare organization
