Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Plymouth, MA 02360 (Massachusetts travel nursing jobs)
• Setting: Outpatient Hospice Case Management
• Assignment Length: 8 weeks
• Start Date: December 29, 2025
• End Date: February 21, 2026
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm)
• Hours per Week: 40 (72 guaranteed hours biweekly)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2100–$2250
• Travel: 30–50 miles daily for patient visits
• Employment Type: Travel RN Contract

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Minimum 1 year of hospice nursing experience (hospice RN jobs preferred)
• Ability to perform 4–5 patient visits per day in outpatient settings (facilities and patient homes)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from Plymouth, MA (no local travelers)
• Flu vaccination required prior to start
• Must not have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health (travel, perm, or per diem) within the last 6 months

Hospice RN Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate hospice care and case management for patients in both facility and home settings
• Conduct routine patient visits, assessments, and individualized care planning
• Travel between patient locations within a 30–50 mile radius of Plymouth, MA
• Document patient care accurately and communicate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and facility requirements
