Travel Nursing Job Details
- Location: Plymouth, MA 02360 (Massachusetts travel nursing jobs)
- Setting: Outpatient Hospice Case Management
- Assignment Length: 8 weeks
- Start Date: December 29, 2025
- End Date: February 21, 2026
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm)
- Hours per Week: 40 (72 guaranteed hours biweekly)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2100–$2250
- Travel: 30–50 miles daily for patient visits
- Employment Type: Travel RN Contract
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- Minimum 1 year of hospice nursing experience (hospice RN jobs preferred)
- Ability to perform 4–5 patient visits per day in outpatient settings (facilities and patient homes)
- Must reside more than 50 miles from Plymouth, MA (no local travelers)
- Flu vaccination required prior to start
- Must not have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health (travel, perm, or per diem) within the last 6 months
Hospice RN Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate hospice care and case management for patients in both facility and home settings
- Conduct routine patient visits, assessments, and individualized care planning
- Travel between patient locations within a 30–50 mile radius of Plymouth, MA
- Document patient care accurately and communicate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and facility requirements
