 <li>Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Telemetry unit
 </li><li>Utilize the nursing process in accordance with the Arizona Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies

 </li><li>Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training
 </li><li>Delegate patient care tasks based on staff education and experience
 </li><li>Supervise and provide direction to assigned healthcare personnel
 </li><li>Participate in float rotation to PCU/ICU (low acuity) as required
