Travel Nursing Job Details

• Job Title: Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 (Cleveland metro area)
• Assignment Type: W2 Travel Nursing Contract
• Start Date: January 9, 2026
• End Date: April 10, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts/week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Total Hours: 36 hours/week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,470 – $1,570

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent ICU RN experience required
• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state RN license at time of application
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• One supervisory reference from an ICU manager, ANM, supervisor, or director
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start date

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced clinical procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and critical care best practices
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
