Travel Nursing Job Details

• Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry (Medical Surgical Telemetry RN)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: January 18, 2026
• End Date: April 19, 2026
• Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (18:00 - 07:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1880 - $2020
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (W2)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• At least 18 months of recent, permanent experience as a Med/Surg Telemetry RN
• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state RN license
• One supervisory reference from a Med/Surg Telemetry manager, ANM, supervisor, or director
• Current BLS and required certifications (must be active at submission)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate tests during orientation
• Ability to pass a negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen (if applicable)

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms and patient condition changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families
• Participate in unit orientation, ongoing clinical training, and annual competency modules
