• Location: Meeker, Colorado (81641) – Colorado travel nursing opportunity
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
• Healthcare Setting: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Orthopedic, Operating Room (OR) / Circulate
• Start Date: December 18, 2025
• End Date: March 19, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (No call, no weekends)
• Housing: Potential shared 2 bed/2 bath apartment available (no pets, no smoking)

PACU RN Job Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent PACU and Operating Room (OR) Circulation experience preferred
• Experience with orthopedic and general surgery cases
• Must reside at least 65 miles from the facility (local travelers not eligible)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

PACU RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
• Circulate in the Operating Room for orthopedic and general surgery procedures
• Monitor patient recovery from anesthesia and promptly respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
• Promote patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process
