Travel Cath Lab Tech Job Details
- Location: South Weymouth, MA (02190) – Greater Boston area
- Assignment Type: Travel healthcare job
- Start Date: December 29, 2025
- End Date: March 28, 2026
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Shift: 10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week (40 hours/week)
- Call: Required
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,680 - $2,750
Cath Lab Technologist Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist or Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
- Active Massachusetts state license for Cath Lab Tech
- Certification as a Cardiac Cath Technician (RCIS or equivalent preferred)
- Proven radiology experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Current flu vaccine required
Cath Lab Tech Responsibilities
- Deliver pre- and post-cardiac catheterization care, including electrophysiology (EP) and vascular procedures
- Assist physicians during cardiac cath lab procedures and interventions
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain specialized cath lab and radiology equipment
- Monitor patient status, respond to emergencies, and ensure patient safety
- Participate in on-call rotation as part of the hospital's cardiac care team
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and healthcare compliance protocols
