 </li><li>Proficient in reading and interpreting telemetry strips
 </li><li>Experience documenting in EPIC EMR
 </li><li>Willingness to float to other nursing units as needed
 </li><li>Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
</li></ul>

 <li>Deliver direct nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients in a float pool setting
 </li><li>Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry strips and patient conditions
 </li><li>Accurately document patient care in the EPIC electronic medical record system
 </li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
 </li><li>Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
