Compensation

• Hourly Pay Rate: $83.70/hr
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1880 - $2020

ICU RN Job Details – Trenton, NJ

• Location: Trenton, NJ (serving Regional Medical Center, Hopewell Campuses, and MST as needed)
• Employment Type: Local, On-Site Registered Nurse position
• Contract Duration: 8-week nursing contract
• Start Date: January 27, 2026
• Shifts per Week: 3 (12-hour night shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday required
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• EMR System: Cerner

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU and Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST) nursing experience
• Active New Jersey or Compact RN License (required at time of application)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications (all required for RN jobs)
• Flu vaccination required (no declinations accepted)
• Experience floating between hospital units or campuses preferred

ICU RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care to critically ill adults in ICU and MST units
• Float between Regional Medical Center, Hopewell Campuses, and MST as needed to support patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document nursing care using Cerner EMR
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Participate in required weekend and holiday rotations as part of the nursing team
